DOPE MUSIC APPAREL CO. offers you the ability to return for exchange any item that arrives misprinted, damaged or defective.
If you must return an item for any of the aforementioned reasons, you must contact us via email at dopemusicapparelco@gmail.com within 14 days after the product has been received. In your email, please provide a brief description of the flawed product, and pictures to support the description. Once notified, we will submit a claim to our supplier. Normal fulfillment and shipping guidelines will apply to all exchange requests.
For packages lost in transit, please attempt to first contact the shipping company with the tracking information provided by DOPE MUSIC APPAREL CO. no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. If unsuccessful, please contact us via email at dopemusicapparelco@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. In your email, please include the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Once notified, we will submit a claim to the shipping company to determine the location of your package. If we are unsuccessful at locating your package, a replacement item will be ordered and shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase within normal fulfillment and shipping guidelines.
